IN YOUR CORNER

Your space. Your choice.

Here’s what these tools do with what you enter.

Check-ins and your plan

These forms work in your browser. Saving is off by default. If you choose “Save on this device,” the entries are stored in this browser until you clear them or clear browser data. Someone using the same browser profile could read them. Clearing a form removes its saved copy from this browser; it does not remove a file you printed or downloaded.

AI messages

AI conversation requires your opt-in. When available, your recent messages are sent to OpenAI through this site to generate a response. Five For Fighting does not store the transcript in a database. Messages remain in page memory until you clear them or leave. OpenAI may retain data for abuse monitoring under its policies; disabling response storage is not a promise of zero retention.

Reminders

The calendar reminder is created on your device. It includes a generic title and no journal entries. Your chosen calendar’s privacy and notification settings apply.

Links and downloads

Calling, texting, opening a crisis service, or visiting another site uses that service’s policies. Website hosting may process standard technical logs. The refreshed tools add no advertising or analytics trackers.

Original tools

The full original worksheets are still available. Their saving is now optional on this preview, with a clear control to erase saved entries. Downloaded PDFs stay on your device.

Support boundaries

There is no live team watching this site, no automatic emergency response, and no guarantee that these tools will keep someone safe. For crisis support in the U.S. or Canada, call or text 988. For immediate danger, call 911.
